This conversation note contains a package of coherent solution directions to reduce the teacher shortage. The memorandum was prompted by the previously published advice of the Cyber ​​Security Council (CSR) regarding the abolition of numeri-fixi systems, as well as the policy response of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science to the research report ‘Wissels Om’ by the Van Rijn Committee.
